Jewelry Return policy:

We cannot accept any damaged products for exchange or refund.
We do not accept any Returns or Exchanges on following Items: All Clearance Items.

All qualified returns must be returned within 30days from the date received.
send your package to us via insured US Post Office Priority Mail®, make sure you have insured the Package & purchased a tracking number for your record

Please include the invoice and the reason for the return

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team

if qualified Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase.
It takes 8-14 business day for the refunded to show up in your statement.
Shipping / Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If your order qualifies for free Ground Shipping, & your order is returned,
we will deduct Ground Shipping charges based on USPS rate.

For security reasons, do not write “Jewelry" anywhere on the outside of the box.

All other item returns:

New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. Creative Christians, Inc. reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact customer support on our web site Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable.

All products are subject for inspections and must be returned within 30days from date recieved, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. A 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.

All other products not listed above may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items
Special buy or clearance including custom made jewelry items are not returnable unless otherwise indicated.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that Creative Christians, Inc. receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
